Could those who previously couldn't claim Alliance Milestones due to a bug check now?

The issue has resolved on our internal test accounts, if those who were experiencing this problem could check and report back it would be appreciated. Thank you.

I didn’t know that the third milestone was claimable without notification or anything until the 4th one gave me the notification and option to claim

You can't claim rewards that your alliance didn't unlock.
