Still Unable to Access Banquet Alliance Event Milestone Rewards

I saw that the bug fix had gone live earlier for the same but I am still unable to claim my milestone rewards for the Alliance Banquet Event (15 Day event). I have contributed 6400 points but could only claim the first milestone which requires 400 points. Help with this would be appreciated

This is not a bug. Your alliance only contributed enough to unlock the first milestone. You have enough individually for further milestones but they are locked.

if that is just a 1-person alliance (only you), which the Ally Total Pts is same as just your Solo contribution to Ally pts, that is why.

For Ally Event, both the Ally Requirement, and the Solo Requirement, for each milestone must be met.

As you can see in some of those early milestones in your pic, you would basically need to have 15 people contribute at about your own same rate, in order for Alliance to reach milestones.

I am writing to report a critical issue with the 2025 Banquet Event. Although I have met the required point threshold to unlock the Banquet Key, the game is not allowing me to claim the reward.
