Resource management is very important, if someone spent a lot, got a lot, but ended up ranking up multiple champs from R1-R4 within a few days and end up tapped, their resource management was piss poor.

Quite different to last year where the crystal drops were terrible.

I completely agree. Which is why I don’t have a particular issue with a shortage of any catalyst, gold or iso.

seen more than enough people that level and rank up any and every champion they pull then cry about a lack of something.

Yeah I agree, I could understand this issue from newer players I guess; but not from veterans. Any veteran player knows how Banquet works, and is able to recognize the bottle neck item. T6A has been the bottle neck item for a while, 1st Coloseum I picked the T6A over the T7B, people caught up by the 2nd Coloseum.

There are many ways to manage resources. Glory, Trophies, Radiance. Now I could be wrong and its just an assumption; but if peoole ranked many champs from R1-R4 they most likely spend radiance and trophies on 7* shards or Titan... Well chances are now they got a whole bunch of Champs they can't rank... Yay bad management.
