How to replace with Scorp in Top 4

Currently, others cannot see Scorp in my top 4 due to prestige. Is there any way I can bring him in top 4? I really want to have 2 first appearance in the set.

If he's already sig 200, then no, there is nothing that can be done until you rank him up over the others.

You would need to add Sigs to him, but it's based purely on champion rank. This isn't Myspace.
