Can't claim banquet rewards on alt

Hello all. I hope you got good rewards from your banquet spendings. Unfortunately, I can't claim the banquet rank rewards on my alt, on my main I got 51-75% which gave me decent stuff but on my alt, I cannot claim the rewards at all (No message in my inbox)

what's the cause of this? I'm fairly new to the game, this was my first banquet so any help appreciated
