Just took my nefaria to rank 4 and he definitely wants the sig more than anti venom, he gets those juicy energy vulnerabilities and he gets better Regen and energy controls..

Exploring act 9 on my mini account with him reminded me of how much of an amazing champ he is,

Not to mention he actually saved me so much potions on dread emperor Doom, he shuts off that passive power gain making the passive AI manageable.
