This Is Why Kabam Are Too Afraid To Release a 7* Unstoppable Colossus

The Banquet rewards are in, and since I have no particular use for the 4-5 6* gems I got, I decided to take up Unstoppable Colossus just for the fun of it. I loaded him up with a full synergy team just to see what he could do, and...uh, look at that, he actually did quite well.

The synergy team in question were these guys:

* OG Colossus: UC gains +20% Potency to his Fury and Armor Up buffs.
* Ikaris: When gaining an Unstoppable buff, also gain a 50% Fury buff.
* Red Guardian: Personal Fury buffs gain an additional flat 10% chance to trigger and last 200% longer. Additionally, landing a Heavy attack pauses all personal Fury buffs until another one is gained.
* Juggernaut was on the team because he provided some small increases to critical rating and critical damage rating, but he doesn't have any meaningful synergy with Unstoppable Colossus beyond that.

I'm not even using the Recoil masteries in this fight, nor was I boosted. It could go faster.

Obviously he's still a trash champion that I would love to see a buff for, but I really enjoy taking some of these duds and building up synergy teams around them. He's not quite as fast as Immortal Iron Fist was when I did the same thing with him, but 35 seconds is still pretty insane.

but real talk how do you throw them heavy’s at the end of a combo with no hesitation like that?

I’ve been playing with an iPhone throughout my Mcoc Valiant adventure and it’s physically impossible for me to end a combo with a heavy like that. I literally can only do them if I stun with a parry mostly, or i can hold it and time the release at the beginning of every single Kingpin fight and belly check the f out of defender, starts things off real nice.

I’m probably gonna get tore apart for askin this but thanks if someone can clarify.

Nah, don't worry. It's a very legitimate question. I'll give a two-part answer.

Being unstoppable helps. Looking back at the video, I wasn't actually unstoppable when I threw the heavy, but I thought I was unstoppable, and that's what counts.
A not inconsiderable amount of luck.

You can weave heavies in like that at times without being unstoppable, but it's not a guaranteed success in any way. There may or may not have been around half a dozen previous attempts that were recorded but not uploaded to Youtube, and if such recordings do exist, they would primarily showcase how I was overly aggressive and got punished for it.
