The three we are certain on are all versions of other characters, so its pretty safe to guess that fact. However it is not confirmed anywhere.

Oh god… I hope not but I am willing to bet you're right. I totally thought it was Storm but I couldn't find an image that quite matched but this looks very much like it.

You missed the point. Im not just talking about their meta viability. I even discussed this in its own separate thread.

Summoners choice champ winners always are the ones where kabam decides they must try out a new/weird/goofy playstyle and mechanic on them instead of just making a generally good champ with a good kit.

The runner ups and losers that come in later are almost always champs with better playstyles and better utility/damage/defensive potential.

This is doubly true for summoners choice buff votes #prayforghostrider
