It looks more like Iron Fist. The top looks like a bandana

I could see that too, but the topmost yellow pixel makes me think of a horn

I think its lin lie. What you see as a horn is his mask, the flesh underneath are his arms and then the green is his vest

Maybe, I forgot to account for the things that looks like the skin color of his arms
