Taken Side Quest Bugged

I don't have the required Skill Champion (i.e. Blade, Kate Bishop etc) and I cannot clear the quest cause the gate is skill locked and champion locked.. how am I supposed to clear the quest?

Run the quest three more times, then the skill champs will unlock.
