Missing gifting milestone reward

I’m wondering why I haven’t received my Alliance gifting milestone reward. I’ve been with my Alliance sunce before the event but I did not get this one. @Kabam Miike or another moderator can u please explain

Others in my Alliance have received the milestone 10 reward

Well it says you claimed the t4 basic and for the t4cc crystal you need to contribute more points same with the t2a shards

You need to put up 1200 more points in the alliance gifting event to get the t4cc. That's what the '9250/10450 minimum' is showing you.

Yes, if you do not then you have a support request you will have to issue through the game.
