Honest question, is his kit not working as described? According to his ability description he should regenerate 0.25% of his max health per second during his sp1 and sp2 with an increase tick rate of 333% while dire. My r1 Dracula’s health is 45,460 which would bring his regen to 113.65 per second but I’m getting 67 per sec and no additional ticks or increase while dire.
@KabamPinwheel I could use some insight from someone with a better knowledge base on champion kits and their descriptions. This increase would make a huge difference, at least for me, on ranking him up. I enjoy playing him and I believe others would rank him up if he was working as his abilities are described.
