Will the Founders keepers 7* champions be able to be ascended?

What was the line where KABAM said the 7* can be ascended?

There will be a first pool of 30 champs able to be ascended if I remember correctly. (Not counting new champs coming out. Those will automatically be able to be ascended starting from Lizard.) They have not told us that pool or when it begins yet.
