4'th Stelar-forged piece, any other way ? other than BG ?

Will there be any other way of getting that 4'th stelar-forged piece ? I tried very hard in battlegrounds, however, I am unable to get to vibranium 1.

if you do not get it from Battlegrounds, you will have to wait many months and need to pay 5,000 units for the piece
