AW Season 64

Foreword

Hey all, and welcome to another Changelog for Season 64 of Alliance War! First new Season back in 2026, and we’re coming in hot with a new Tactic Update, which will be played alongside the previous Alliance War Map to start things off fresh this year. We’ll keep the foreword short and sweet and let you get to what the new Tactics we’ll be showcasing for this Season, and the next!

Defense Tactics

With this new Tactic, we wanted to experiment with Protection as the main threat to the player. Players, in order to combat this Season’s threat, must make sure that they can maintain their Special Attack Cadence to keep the Protection from appearing on the Defender. This can either be done through the many powerful Mystics that are in the pool who are able to Nullify which will grant a Power Efficiency Passive to them, or through gaining Prowess’s or Regeneration Effects in the Mutant lineup which will Nullify buffs, and earn them the Power Efficiency Passive. The exact details can be seen below.

Defense: DINOSAUR
DINOSAUR - 1:

When the Defender is struck by the first hit of any attack or Blocks any attack, they have a 50% chance to gain a Placebo Buff for 10 seconds.
Every 20 seconds, the Defender gains a 30% Protection Passive for 3 seconds, expiring three times as fast during the Attacker's Special Attacks.
When the Defender gains a Buff, remove 1 second from the Protection timer unless it is paused.
Knocking down the Defender with a Special Attack pauses the Protection timer for 5 seconds per level of the Special. These pauses can stack and expire one at a time.

Attack: METEOR

When a Buff on the Defender is Nullified, the Attacker gains a 5% Power Efficiency Passive for 15 seconds, expiring one at a time. Max stacks: 10.
When the Attacker gains a Prowess or Regeneration effect, a Buff on the Defender is Nullified.
