Question about battlegrounds

So I made it to uru 6 in bgs this season. But I didn't receive the radiance rewards I was under the assumption that they would pay out like a rank reward. This is my first time doing bgs, and first time in gladiator circuit. I think I only had like 18 points in uru 6 so does that not pay out? It's not really clear or maybe I'm looking in the wrong places?
