Battlegrounds rank rewards

I just got bg rank rewards and when I claimed it i should've gotten the 7* shards but they're not showing up in my crystals tab I still only have 800 7* shards can someone please look into it?
I also got the iceman emote and it has been claimed and in my emotes tab but 7* shards are nowhere to be found.

Edit: I just figured it out I got the rewards it was 750 shards I'm sorry for this post
