Same thing is happening to a lot of players… I haven't seen an official response yet.

They can’t afford to pay people for weekend work lol.

It might be xsolla and not kabam though. So not mad at it.

Unfortunately, I‘m also affected since yesterday.

Does anybody know more about this issue and can share the information with us?

I think they fixed it last night but I am still short on three crystals and then 400k gold tomorrow. A simple comp will fix all that. Thanks in advance Kabam team!

just got in and seems to be fixed.

same issue on me. but now i can get. as a result; 1 day is missing for me

same here, been “claimed” for a few days now

I can take free stuff but cant buy anything tryed too many times got error 2009 and bank shut down my card then called bank got it back and talked to xsolla they said that theres no issue but my bank said that xsolla have had issues to confirm payments and then xsolla took my error away but havent try again i wait atm

It's gone on fritz again.
