As an alliance, we are finding it really tough to recruit when there are so many overlapping events…with people wanting to wait till rewards are out to move…

Banquet
Battlegrounds
Alliance war season
Raids

We thought we could move people once war season was done, but then realised we have to wait till raids are done and rewards are out, so next Monday at the earliest…

We’ve been looking to replace people since banquet ended…and just haven’t had the window of ‘no rewards to claim…’…it’s like…been almost 2 weeks…for a window …..since end of banquet..

It won’t happen. I don’t think you thought this through fully:

Banquet - once a year for two weeks, then an additional day or so until ranked rewards come in

Battlegrounds is has a 4 week period, one week off season. typically with a few days after the season ends until ranked rewards come in

alliance war season has a 4 week period 2 week off season

Raids has a once every 4th week period, running for one week

The reality is people will have to make a choice to skip out on one or some of the rewards or you’ll be stuck in a waiting loop
