I’m not getting all the rewards for EQ?

I haven’t opened any 7 star relics since the banquet event and I just finished elder difficulty EQ. I should have a minimum of 27000 7 star shards so why to I only have 20k? Are the rewards bugged?

Elder EQ rewards include the Classic EQ rewards as well, you don’t earn both sets for completing Elder.

You only get 16400. Elder eq rewards are the grand total
