Is anyone else experiencing this? For a quick background, I am generally a very careful individual and meticulously track everything MCOC-related in my google spreadsheets. For this year's 2025 Banquet event, I was extremely happy and [still] thankful to Kabam for giving us compensation for pulling T5As in the Jubilant Crystals. That in itself proves Kabam listens to our feedback, are proactive enough to rectify our dissatisfactions, and provide tangible solutions.
Every time I pulled a T5A from a Jubilant crystal
during the event, I made sure to explicitly tally it in my personal google document. In total for myself this year I had counted
5 pulls of T5A from Jubilant crystals
Based on what Kabam Crashed stated here...

HOWEVER, when I opened my inbox the first message titled, "Jubilant Crystals Bonus Rewards" had no claimable sig stones. Interesting...I reset the app and a NEW message appeared with the same title. This time, there were 7* generic sig stones, but ONLY 400 in total when I was expecting 500. It might not seem like a lot but it's very significant to me to be missing 100 7* generic sig stones. My intention and passion for posting this are not of greed. I am simply asking Kabam to meet their promises to all of us.
This got me thinking...is there a known issue or glitch with the rewards? Surely, I would not have 5 tally marks by accident or did I miscount? How did Kabam ensure accuracy in counting our T5A pulls? Did their "Review Team" automate it, have AI assist, or manually trace all the pulled T5A logs themself? Did their process account for the fact that Superior Banquet Crystals could be received from milestones and/or from the MCOC Summoner's market store also? (as opposed to normally spending 300 units on them) And what if THOSE specific SBC's acquired that way, in turn, pulled us the Jubilant crystal that yielded those T5A's?
I am 100% certain I am not the only individual affected. I want to reiterate that I am very pleased with the compensation. Kabam certainly were not obligated to give the MCOC community more, but they chose to. I have this lingering feeling of uncertainty with the game and it makes me question the validity and correctness of Kabam's words and actions (yet again). A one step forward and two steps back relationship at times...
