can something be done similar to eq with raids?

the rewards become worthless within a month of an update and the most valuable thing you can probably get is units, the other stuff is worth pebbles at this point after banquet especially, no one needs 1 t6cc or 4 t3a at end game levels, at least give higher quantities

I knew it was a long shot but I had hoped Kabam would've automatically adjusted the rewards following Banquet for this very reason, but of course it didn't happen.

I agree that they do need to recalibrate the rewards but I wouldn't expect it to happen anytime soon.

That would also mean prestige based difficulty, and not individual but alliance prestige.

I don't know why people act as if this was their first banquet, or why they don't realize that Banquets always had an aftermath. The only message you guys are sending is that Banquet was too good, and there was a reason why the previous 2 years were complete ****, as a result they might even adjust the next one cause this one was too good.

Technically raids, like regular AQ, are prestige based difficulty, though only in increased attack and health values.

I know; but it has to be calculated to the average. Which means if OP has a 31k prestige and his alliance mates are lower he will get less anyway.

Besides OP is talking about the random crates in the path, the real Raid reward for the alliance mode is glory and Radiance, they both need an update. Not the random crates.

Eq and raids need reward updates lol. Not to mention radiance and every other store. They all need t5a and for everything else to go down, especially t7b.

Or... Now here me out here. They could have pre-empted it and updated all the rewards and stores for roll out on the first update after banquet. It's not kabams first banquet either. They know how the meta will shift after its done.

If they upgraded every store before banquet then the crystals would have been mid, and banquet would have been average....

Do you know how I know people suffer from a really good banquet hangover? They are complaining about T3a and T6B, at this point the biggest devalued items are the Valiant crystals and 7* shards.

And what kind of argument is well if we update the stores TOO early then we will have to make banquet **** to offset it.

The stores started to become devalued during cyber. Kabam chose to flood the game with r4s so they could switch the chase to r5s. It's not hard to assume that the stores will need to be updated afterward to reflect that change and be working on that at the same time. You act like kabam don't know how their economy functions and can't make changes until 3-6 months after the fact.

Well, nightmare raids rewards needed to be updated about 3 months after they released nightmare raids tbf. The starting rewards were teetering on the edge of outdated when it launched.

Which is part of the problem with being late to react. By the time they get around to updating stuff the meta has already began to shift away from what the update is offering.

They know when the shifts are coming because they create them. They should be on the ball more with this stuff.

100% raid rewards feel very outdated and need a big overhaul for the current state of the game, not excited about 1/20th of a tier 7 basic as a reward

banquet or not the rewards have been outdated for some time, it's just an even bigger reason as to why the rest of the game cant fall so far behind the best events, no end game player needs miniscule amounts of catalysts that were worthless months before banquet

Only 12 players in my alliance are playing Raids now

As the leader, I really have no reasons to get them to play bcos the rewards are long outdated

they should at least make entry free until they get around to updating rewards. Doesn’t make sense spending resources for tickets and getting less than what we get free in coliseum.

On a semi-related note, did regular (not nightmare) Raids used to have a chest after the final boss? I honestly thought there was but this month there isn’t one.., or am I imagining things?

Yeah, it had a piece for the Eidols. There's no more of them so they removed it.
