Looks alphabetical. Maybe change your alliance name to "A Dual Nation" real quick before rewards go out? /s

(As a real answer, there were ties like this in the Banquet Realm Event at two of the cutoffs, and they just upped the bracket size to compensate. e.g., Top-10 rewards would become Top-11. That would be my guess here unless there's un-displayed decimal points.)

I don’t think War scoring does decimals - it’s all discrete amounts except maybe partial exploration, although the multipliers do have a single decimal…

Anyway if there isn’t a tiebreaker value like ‘who won when the alliances faced off’ or ‘who had more wins’ they’d presumably just move the bracket cutoff down one slot like Helix said.

Thats double rank 10, and rank 11 spot will be empty. Thats how it goes for all events.
