Can we get legend title again?

Like we can get a legend title when we collect all the deathless champions through carina challenges,
Can we get a legend title in a same way after acquiring all stellar forged champions?

Legends title lost its meaning after they basically gave it away for free and with enough luck. The title holds no value.
