T3 class alloy acquisition

Are there any guaranteed ways to earn t3 class alloys without having to gamble buying fragments and full alloys through crystals?

These crystals are already extremely expensive to not guarantee you a class of choice. Got a bunch of celestial and t4 basic alloys expiring because I'm not able to rank up relics as I see fit.
