How do you get the counter started? I just opened a stream looked at activity and it shows the Jan 6 one

Rebirth crystals

Thanks.. i keep mixing up rebirth and reunion crystal.

I'm not getting them in game once claimed. This has always worked in the past and I am all signed in properly as if still shows my previous drops in notifications. But nothing in game once claiming. Force closed and re-opened game twice.

I'm also not getting them yet. It usually works for me.

Same here. I'm not getting my drops and it always works immediately after I claim them.

I didn't receive the 7* crystal shards but I did receive the other two drops.

I’m also having the same issue. Last twitch drop I didn’t receive my 1-2 gem now I didn’t receive any of the rewards. This is starting to piss me off because I’m practically wasting my time watching these.

support is not investigating the issue as usual. I received the rebirth crystals and the energy refills but the 7* shards are not working.

Are the 7* shards 10k or 2×10k. I only got one selector

I didn't got any of the 3 drop although I claimed all from twitch

More than 24hour now
