BG “unknown error” costing me matches and resources

on multiple occasions I’ve won a BG match only for the game to crash and give me an “unknown error” message. Kicks me out of BG then when I go back in, it’s restarted the match. That has cost me a ton of matches which is ridiculous considering KABAM never compensates its players when they bring these bugs to their attention unless MANY people complain.

And no it’s not my connection, no it doesn’t happen with any other mode, and yes I’ve complained about this bug before and other bugs involving the story mode but they say the same thing: “Because such a possible issue would be affecting the community at large, any potential compensation would be given to all affected players via in-game methods.” But nothing is ever done.

What is going on with this game and with Kabam?

I have had this happen 6 times in the past week. Total BS, get this fixed!

It happens. Just reload and start another match. Kabam isn't going to fix this anytime soon unfortunately.

it's a processor memory/resource issue, with memory/resources most likely not being freed by the game as you go to different aspects of the game, and do different fights, especially fights with more Node complexity to them.

Before doing “critical” modes/fights, always restart your game beforehand and then go directly to those fights you want to do.

That would include BG Matches, and probably wise to restart after every couple or few BG matches as well (depending on what seems to be the typical “game breaks” duration for your specific device/circumstances).
