Is the VPN use for buying in the web store bannable?

I had the idea to buy the "Summoners Sigil" sub from the the MCOC official store but if I do not use the VPN I can't even enter in the page. Can I get banned if I buy the sub with VPN? I want to be sure before I make a mistake.

No. I do this all the time.

In my country the webstore is inaccessibl (for some reason), so VPN is the only way.
