ACT 9.4 RELEASE DATE - PREDICTIONS?

Need to get a good idea of when act 9.4 is coming out… if anyone has any somewhat accurate predictions. I have enough resources to R4 a champion but just in case Act 9.4 doesn’t come out before the titan pool changes… then i’ll save the mats for the GOAT and long awaited BLUE MARVEL 🧪🟢 Any predictions?
