Dimensional Arcade Store Bug

I purchased two of the Star Power Bundles which are supposed to give you 25 stars each. After completing the 5 daily attempts. I only have 9 stars. Can you please confirm this is a bug?

It keeps just jumping down and up the star power.

As well as star power just randomly jumping down and up, it also seems to have forgotten I completed the impossible mode and now says I haven't completed the one before. Even though the objective is complete

I had 36 stars then I found the free tickets they sent in the mail, so I used them to buy the plus 25 stars. Now I have 0. So I lost all the ones I earned and the ones I bought I never got. Kabam hates us!

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex I have sent in a ticket concerning, followed all their instructions and it still has not fixed the issue. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 20x (spent $10 for an accelerator) and received none. Ticket also submitted.

Definitely but I have disposable income so why not. The bigger issue is I'm being gaslit by support who is claiming I spent the $ on the tickets but then didn't buy the star ups. I guess the tickets just disappeared? These guys are massively incompetent.

Same happened to me. Used up all the star boosts in 2 runs instead of what I purchased.
