Concert of Champions Star Power Multiplier

In the store, the star bundles are advertised as each bundle being 25 stars giving a 25% multiplier bonus. However if you click on the accumulated stars, it says that each star gives a 0.01x multiplier. That means for each 25 stars power bundle purchased, one is not getting 25% multiplier as advertised. For each 25 stars power bundle purchased one is only getting 0.25x multiplier. Someone didn’t do their math.
