How does Pavitr Spider-man's Marked Passive works?

Hi, I have a question with Pavitr’s ability. In the Awakened Ability it says “For every 25% of the Opponent’s missing Health, Pavitr’s Marked Passive gains 100% based potency”, so in this situation Serpent at 1% health should not gain Death Immunity right? Because at 1% health the potency should be 100x3=300%, bigger than Serpent's Death Immunity potency which is 125. This is the fight at Node 46 in war

Pavitrs marked is only 35%. So at 1 % health it has a 4 times multiplier. So 140%.
