Payment issue and upgrade item issue

Due to an Alpha 4 issue I experienced in the game, I lost 2 Basic Catalyst 7s after the time limit expired. Also, I couldn't make a payment even though my card limit wasn't reached. Please resolve these issues and help me. I await your compensation.
