Credits.....

@Seatin @Lagacy @Kabam Miike please help!!!! I have played the game since 2015, have spent thousands on the game, and now im trapped in credit hell. Ive told kabam support my issue, have shown them proof that my credit card company really did charge me for the purchases but kabam refuses to make it right. I cant spend, i cant use earned units the ftp way, and the game wont even let me buy the credits im stuck and its ruining the game for me. Can somebody please step in that has a contact and make the credits right so i can start playing the game normally please?!?! Any help is vm appreciated!

@SummonerNR i bought two odins and my credit card flagged the purchases. So i went to my credit card and marked them as legit charges so my cc company put them back on my card. @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex claims that they never received the payments and have placed negative credits worth $200 on my account. So if i pay that it would be double paying on my end for something i already paid for over a year ago. i left the game because i got frustated but i have been playing again without using any units but its getting old again.

(Theory), so you card initially DENIED the charges (or probably just one of them, thinking it was mistakenly charged twice).

So 2 purchases that Kabam thought you made, and got the stuff in-game for, 1 of them was then refunded by credit card (took money away from Kabam, but you still got to keep both purchases worth of in-game stuff).

If later, credit card decides they were legit, and then gives Kabam money back, Kabam I don't think would be able to know WHERE or WHY that money is tied to a game purchase (??), so may not have been able to see that the refund was reversed for your purchase.

*or maybe Kabam even though it was money for yet a separate, 3rd purchase, and so maybe you got a 3rd amount of stuff in-game for the purchase (and the Refunded one may have still been considered “unresolved” ?)

So Negative Unit status probably remained. Don't know how much of that you tried to show to Kabam way back then, or just decided to quit game ?

@SummonerNR exactly, they flagged both transactions as fraudulent charges and didn't accept them, however i already received all the in-game goods.

Once i told my cc company they weren't fraudulent charges when i realized they were declined, my cc company put the charges back on my card.

Kabam claims the charges were never put back so i uploaded pdf proof of the charges to my cc that were put back on. Then communication just stopped and i would keep getting these automatic sounding statements that "no in-game credits will be reversed with no exception"

But I'm like there should be an exception when you're freaking wrong and ruining my account I've had since 2015!!
