How do I delete my data from your database?

My account was banned because of account sharing (which I still dont understand why its an issue cz it was just me and my brother using my own account) but fine its your terms&conditions so I can't do anything about it. What I do have an issue with is that even after my account is banned I am still getting mails from kabam about game updates. Delete my kabam account and get rid of my data from your database.

As for the emails, log in to your Kabam account & enable "unsubscribe from all"

@Goodlordbird I know how to unsubscribe from mails. What I want is for Kabam to delete my details from their database. If they think I am not worthy of playing their game just because I shared my account with my brother, then they have no business storing my personal data in their servers.

It’s not your data. All accounts and data belong to Kabam. As agreed to when you started playing.

Firstly, its not kabams fault you didn't follow the rules. Secondly, you obviously didn't actually read the ToS because it clearly states any and all account data belongs to kabam. That includes whatever personal data you have associated with it.

Just try to use the argument that your brother was not "playing" and he was just tapping a screen and it is his right as a sovereign citizen. He doesnt accept the contract of a ToS and his rights are being broken by a company. The device is private property.

Seems like the right route since you are so paranoid about your "personal info"

Submit a Support Ticket, asking to completely Delete both your Game Account, and your Login Kabam ID account.

May also be something in Privacy Terms, etc, saying how you can remove info.

But Kabam will want to go thru a whole lot of security/verification questions with you to make sure the account is really yours.
