Dimensional Arcade Worse Now

So originally I wasn't one of the many that was having issues with swiping up or down on my mobile device so I didn't disable it once the update came out. Now I'm doing relatively the same as I was doing with higher star multiplier but my overall score is significantly less. The 500k S is after the update.

It's now adding a miss in every so many hits, even when you don't miss which is now resetting the combo meter.

Calculation of “misses” appears to be the issue. I somehow missed 7 times on easy mode, but didn’t actually miss any attackers.

My score on the “fixed” version is easily 40-50% lower than my highest score thus far. Oddly, it’s also more stars than my highest score, which was on the original buggy version.

Last: it’s not like the team to just drop a fix without some announcement. Maybe this is just a step toward debugging?

it’s doing extra hits when you tap/swipe. Suddenly I’m finishing with 90 misses on the easiest stage when I should have 0. It’s impossible to keep a combo because of this. This “fix” has made it impossible for me to attain any of the unit rewards. Very disappointing

I don’t want to assume, but if you tap when no enemies are present, it counts as a miss and resets your combo.

That being said, some one said, when you heavy now, it performs an extra attack at the end that whiffs, so combo gets reset. That may be what’s causing the issue.
