BG load time issue

In BGs i normally have 8 to 12 sec of load time added to my actual time where my opponents have 3 to 5 sec ...in other metas this is managable with good draft and strategic defender placements but in current nuke meta it cost me too many losses .....any solution which i can fo from my end , i have good wifi around 180 to 250 mbps all the time and plays in a mid range android phone
