Maybe I just don't understand the nodes or can't read properly, but in the Arcade colosseum fight I'm repeatedly getting auto blocked when using Angela with 3/4 buffs on her. His kit appears to be 100% chance to autoblock and Angela at sig 200 with 3 buffs should negate this, but I'm consistently getting autoblock stunned.

Similarly his damaging debuffs extension appears to be extended as these also aren't falling off instantly?

One of Arcade’s Pre-fights (which are always active as a defender) gives his personal abilities +100% Ability Accuracy, so you need at least -200% AA to reliably cause his Auto-block to fail. Angela can’t reach that unless she has 6+ Buffs at max sig.
