Latest update causing major crashes and lag on older ipad

Hi, I'm on an older Ipad (7th generation), model #MW742LL/A, iPadOS version: 16.5.1 and the game was running just fine until the update a few days ago. Now after the update with Mbaku and Bluemarvel, every time I play, it lags like crazy and will crash all the time. Its actually unplayable.

Is there anyway we can get this looked into? I know the solution is to buy a new ipad but for those who don't have the money, can we get this looked into? I literally cannot play the game without the game crashing almost every match.

6th Gen. doing Incursions to 15, had to restart game about twice every zone (like literally every couple fights).

Same with BG, Coliseum, AW, etc. anything with bunch of Nodes.

On it's last legs (and 7th Gen is pretty similar to 6th), new Air M3 waiting in box still for some time to set it up and transfer stuff over to it, lol. (and then I read someone's post in past couple days about lagging, etc, on their Air M3 too)

the game chrashes to the point of unplayability. I guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere. This is ridiculous . Losing health at critical game play.

It's difficult to play. For the past few days, my phone has been overheating because of the game, and then it starts freezing in the middle of fights. Everything was normal before.

To be more precise, it was last Sunday. I was playing normally in the morning, and in the afternoon this problem started: my phone overheated and froze mid-fight. And my phone can handle the game without any problems.

This also happened at the end of last year, but then with the January update it went back to normal. But now everything has simply gone bad again.
