Angela for Alliance Coliseum?

I haven't used Angela against an Arcade in so long so I may be completely forgetting specific champion interactions making her a bad counter, but is there a reason her sig level 200 awakened ability doesn't work against Arcade's debuffs or auto-block while she's at 3+ buffs?

Is this a coliseum-specific interaction? Thought I'd give her a go based on today's tag bonuses but didn't go as well as planned lol.

My Angela is sig 185. But why is Angela still getting autoblocked and dots by Arcade? I thought with 3 buffs we wouldn't get any dots and auto block.

Arcade’s Pre-fights (always active as a defender) give him +100% Ability Accuracy for personal abilities and prevents his personal Damaging Debuffs from having their duration reduced.

I used Angela sig 200 and thought the same then read his pre fight and still wasn't sure but in the end had to fight like any other champ would against him. 5 and 6 bars is all I could manage before time out

Yeah Angela is not as good as you’d expect, she can’t shut down the damaging debuffs and you need 6 buffs, rather than 3, to guarantee auto-block can’t trigger because she’s reducing the AA from 200%.

yup. Same with Odin. He shuts down my ability to bypass autoblock lol. It’s with his pre fights or sum
