Whiffing attacks

Been having this issue for like 6 months, dani moonstars medium attack will whiff if the oppenent throws their medium at the same time (while phased). Additionally knull heavy sometimes moves a smidge forward (normal), and when 5m from the wall sometimes his heavy just locks him in place. Please take a look into this thanks.

Many of my characters are whiffing. I love it when I complete a medium attack that completely passes thru the defender only to have the launch a special afterwards.
