Best strategy to upgrade podiums?

Im wondering the best way to get points for podiums?

Is it just playing with the champ with the most tags getting as many bars as possible? Does it matter which champ you use so if I wanted to use a champ with no tags would it be the same progress in podium points as a champ with all the tags?

1-Clear as many health bars as possible with the all 3 tagged champ

2-Grind with the Suitable and viable Champ for the defender, who could clear More Healthbars.

so, for the answer , if you want to use a no tagged champ or most tagged chmp, the health bar cleared will be added as xp.

I used triple tagged champs on hard and just died for an instant 153k points then used 6* ascended Serpent on easy to clear 25-30 bars at a time to level up each podium.

6* Serpent clearing 25 bars on easy will never hit enough points to be locked out of other podiums.

It's a bit grindy but it's the only way I can get points, I can't beat Arcade on hard
