If you check back the stream of Summoners Fest when they talk about ascension , they shows a pic of champs (specially Lady Deathstrike) in a crystal that most contain the champs that will be ascendable, so it’s almost a guarantee that Professor X and Gladiator are gonna be in the ascension pool.

The only one that I’m not sure about is Cull Obsidian, which shows the materials you need to ascend them.
