7* R4 Rhino as defender in battlegrounds review

Basically UNSTOPPABLE
Really deserve rank 4 as defender
Without a counter, the opponent usually cannot handle a charging rhino

I took him to R4 as well, I can’t seem to pull any science AG though. He’s also pretty solid on attack. I like him a lot

I have generic awakening gem but rhino signature ability is good to have and not must have to be effective defender so I decided to leave him unawakened

When do you not place him on Defense this meta? Cause i think some of the nukes take him whereas some get stalled by the unstoppable

I draft rhino when I see him and I place him as defender every time mainly for testing purposes to collect data

He is a safe choice as defender bcos without a counter, the attacker will definitely take damage

Otherwise rhino will stall a lot of time bcos it takes a longer time to play around unstoppable

If you play well as attacker, rhino will guarantee you a win bcos it’s really difficult to fight rhino cleanly and quickly

Yeah even without the sig he’s still a good defender. But I think the crit resistance is important so that champs can’t bypass the physical resistance with crits. Idk I’d give him a generic gem but would definitely give him a science gem.

If they draft Jean or any champ that deals energy damage don’t place him, he’s a solid defender but he’s been pretty much useless for me up here in Mysterium because Jean Onslaught Cassandra Karolina Hyperion are everywhere and they kill him before he can even ramp high enough and start going unstoppable. Also that Nico fight is 100% doable in 40 secs not sure why blud fumbled so bad lol he’s a very good defender in general but this meta he’s not too bad to fight and it’s hard to get trapped.

Yea energy damage champs are good at fighting rhino and with nuke meta, that could be even more better

Yeah this meta is just a terrible indicator because if you draft any combination of Jean Werewolf Kushala Bastion Nico DPX Karolina Cassandra Scorpion you just automatically win. Very few defenders actually stop most of these attackers, as a matter of fact I'm pretty sure Iceman is the only one that can get you a win against all of these, rest just get cooked Yelena and Thing can stall but they go down in 40-45 secs with some of these regardless and it is a 100% hp finish so.
