Direct Permenant Chat Ban is Unfair

Hello All,

Few Days Ago I just typed some jokes on global which seemed child abusive but in that case I didn't even used any clear abusive word still got permanent chat ban for that without any temporary chat ban which i personally feel extreme for this game as global chat is the important place were players can interact and discuss about the game and also alliance chat is very important for this game I have been playing this game for more than 5 years and I get to know that my acc is suddenly muted permenantly for one mistake is too much I think kabam should give at least one chance to the player by temporary banning his chat so he can change if they directly ban permenantly than it is worst situation for the players to play this game without chat
I know kabam is supportive and they always take care of their users concern so they will unban my permenant chat ban It's a humble request and give me one chance

Ban his account completely as well and even Ip ban if possible. Certain things are meant to be taken more serious. This should set up a example for other offenders

This guy also openly admits that he is modding. So do not believe him. I am surprised that his account was not permanently banned, only his access to chats.

King leonidas is just jealous of that player so he made false image of him in general discussion by saying kabam that he abused or use cheats . At last i can say that he is not a modder at all and also he just cracked some joke not a serious comment hurting anyone family or person intentionally So I feel he should get chance and also there are many worst comments on global than that who gets temporary bans

As peaky gamer said I also agree that this person doesn't commented any serious thing hurting to any person at global and also I was just a joke in which there is no intentionally clear abusive language is shown So I this person chat should be unbanned and permenant ban is too much for this mistake and many players don't even get chat ban for such abuses so why to punish him alone so extreme it's unfair

Yes it's true it seems like the words we may don't know are offensive in some other languages but they are not offensive in English and akso there are some character name of mcoc also that gets censored like shathra and kushala and some time we type something but for no reason it gets censored

They should do only the ones which are abusive in english language and chat banning someone's account for something they dont have even know they have done something wrong is extremely brutal

I don't know forum numbers, but even going by the law of averages there are people on the forums who may have been in the life situation you were joking about - or be the parents, friends, family or caregivers for someone who that has happened to.

OP, accept the sanction and use it as a learning experience. You should be grateful you still have an account - I'd have banned you so hard your DNA would have felt it.

Take it on the chin and move on.
