i get alloy but they always end up in stash and doesnt go to inventory as a result a cant rank up my 6* relics is it a bug or there is something that i don't know

they are the Different Tier of Ally than what you think.

Look at your Inventory, filter just on Basic, to look at Tier 1 and 2 Celestial next to each other.

They look pretty darn well identical. Very subtle extra detail or shading between them. (Unlike obvious differences between Cats (or even Class version of Alloys)

And so just looking at Stash you really can't tell WHICH versions they are in Stash.
