Arena question

Do 7 star champs give more points per fight than 6 stars with higher power levels?
A 6 r5 ascended is gonna be higher rating than a 7 r1 or r2 does it affect points per fight

it's easy enough to test out yourself in Arena.

Just pick a 7* and 6* of about the same Rating, on same team, pit them against closest defender rated choices on that match.

1 test, question answered. (I don't know for sure myself, or I'd answer, whether things are different now, or what, and whether in Champ vs Cat arenas, although don't think you can use 7* in Cat, but whether 5* vs 6* for example there).

But aside from Stars, YES, higher rating of yours (also factors in opponent rating too) will give higher points. Even if all the same Rank/Level.

Generally yes, assuming your opponents PI is the same but also does not impact greatly

Will mastery matter? Heard that PI gets affected by mastery… Sorry to make things more complicated.

yes (especially like suicides), everything that you can do to affect champ's Rating would apply.

Mastery, synergy, and I would assume Ascension and even 30 minute Attack/Health/Combo boosts to technically (although not sure why you would use Attack/Health boosts in arena).

Of course Arena Point boosts too (from otherwise pointless crystals)

But OP question was specifically regarding STAR affect on Points, which is different than all these “Rating Affected” things. As there have been (or are) different Arenas where Star is more affected (or not, or in 1*/2* case even backward) that other Arenas.

I haven't really tested it many times but the few times a 6* and a 7* with the same PI were together in one arena group fight like my abs man 6* 30,500 and my stark spidey 7* 30,200, stark spidey always has around 2000-3000 more points than abs man, no class advantage or disadvantage so I do think that 7* even at the same PI do earn more points in arenas.

I may have made the original question slightly confusing

If u got 2 champs very similar rating PI but one is 7* and the other is 6* which will give more points or do they give equal amount of points?

The reason to know is just for efficiency in arena grinding if there happpen to be a difference

did some testing at different arenas and Star compares.

6* vs 7* (at same PI) seem to give sort of similar points (once the 7* had little higher, another time seemed similar).

Nothing compared to big difference between going from 3* to 4* to 5* to 6* in a same arena.

*oddly (and don't know why), the Feature Champ arena was giving higher points than the re-run Champ arena. Noticeably. Anyone else seen that (was doing same PI compare with 6/7 in both those arenas from starting point).

I tested out earlier. Lower PI 7* earn more points than higher PI ascended 6*
