Have 3-4 skill and deciding between bullseye and cheeilth

I have both at rank 2 unawakened and will bring one up to rank for useing the gem along with a natural rank up to rank 3. It's a hard choice.

There’s not a wrong choice here if that helps. You’ll get more use out of bullseye in BGs if you play it, but more use out of Chee’ilth almost everywhere else. Both really good and you’ll want both ranked up eventually anyway. It’s just a case of which one first.

That's what makes it hard. I agree that I will most likely have more use of cheeilth outside of big. I like to do one of each class so it will probably be awhile until I'll rank up the next one to rank 4

How often you get R4? I would say wait till 9.4 comes out. story is near so better to focus on story, after that over, you can rank BG champ

I had both at r2 but ranked Chee'ilth to r3 and she is my next candidate for r4. Recent performances against Void in solo coliseum where she averaged 9 health bar clearances and the complete annihilation of Rhino ambushed in last month's grindy side quest helped me make my decision.

Bullseye defensive threat has dropped and everything he does offensively can be done better by others. Chee'ilth however, is still a top tier skill attacker outside BGs.

Bullseye is extremely underrated on offense. Show me which other champ can reliably counter the big 3 defense mechanics (evade, autoblock, miss) without depending on AAR, buffs or debuffs?

I’d go Bullseye personally,.,and in this situation i have.

You already have Okoye R4 anyway, and i find i use her for almost every scenario on attack over any other skill champ.

Fury can do that. 1 sp1 in his second life gives you miss and evade counter. Sp1 number 2 makes you unblockable. No buff or debuff and no AAR.

Bullseye. Chee'ilth is overhyped. I left her at R2 because she isn't useful for anything but highly specialized fights, and her damage is weak. Maybe she needs the dupe, I don't know, but my unduped one stays on the bench.

Bullseye.. Most underrated Crit king and true accuracy king...

No other champs close to this evade counter, photon killer and a lot..

Bullseye relic to bullseye is way better as well.. Do R4
