Bans and restriction in the game
I’ve been noticing for quite some time that more and more bans and restrictions are being added to the game. This past Christmas, during the Banquet event, I spent a considerable amount of money to obtain characters and the materials needed to rank them up.
However, when I open various parts of the game, I then find out that I can’t even use those characters. For example, in the Coliseum.
So why are you selling something that I’m not allowed to use afterward? To me, this feels like misleading players — and in this case, customers.
Is there anyone competent from Kabam who can explain whether this is actually considered acceptable?
What exactly is supposed to motivate me to make any purchases in the future?
