Is guilotine bugged?

I noticed when I was playing the lunar new year that whenever I matched up with guilly and she would throw her sp1 I would just start degening and losing all my health. Never had this happen. Wondering if this was intended, something in her kit, some kind of interaction with the event, or just plain bugged from the new hulking and valk fixes?

like as in my whole health bar was gone in like 3 seconds

That link makes you take whatever damage you deal to her, and if she has DOT on her, that's yours too
